AWG Property worked in partnership with South Lanarkshire Council to regenerate this prominent town centre site within Cambuslang. The 95,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme comprises retail, commercial and residential elements.

Developed over two phases, the first phase included 42,000 sq ft of public sector offices, a range of 11 retail units, flats and car parking spaces while the second phase comprises a residential development of 44 two bedroom en-suite apartments.

The 11 retail units range in size from 941 sq ft to 3,336 sq ft and are arranged on two levels. There are currently eight tenants secured at the scheme inc. William Hill, Boots, Farmfoods, Clydesdale Bank, Subway and The Money Shop.

LOCATION
Cambuslang is a suburban town located just south of the River Clyde approximately 6 miles south-east of the centre of Glasgow. It is known as "the largest village in Scotland", with a population of around 24,500. The town is accessible from the nearby M74 while the nearby A724 provides links to Glasgow city centre and Hamilton.

The town's railway station, Cambuslang, lies on the Argyle Line between North Glasgow and Lanark.
