AWG Property currently manages a strategic land portfolio which comprises over 470 acres of land throughout Scotland. Several of these sites have already been granted planning consent for residential development, while others are currently going through the planning process. A total of 880 residential units have so far been earmarked for potential development across half a dozen different sites.
