Lovers Loan, Dollar

AWG Property secured planning consent in 2010 for 20 large family homes on phase 1 of this 34 acre site in the highly regarded Stirlingshire village of Dollar. Mactaggart & Mickel have completed the construction of the 1st phase although not all properties are occupied. Clackmannanshire Council adopted their local development plan in 2015 which indicates a major expansion to the south and east of Dollar, 15 acres of our land to the east of Dollar has been identified for residential development which we are planning to promote through a planning application in 2016.

Whitehaugh Farm, Peebles

Working with Taylor Wimpey we have achieved planning consents on previous phases on which over 400 homes have been completed. SBC recently adopted their LDP and recognising a shortfall in their 5 year supply have asked for the longer term development sites to be consider to meet their requirements. AWG Property is now focused on promoting the site to assist in meeting the local housing demand and anticipates submitting a PPP application during 2016

Blindwells, Tranent

Working with Taylor Wimpey, AWG Property is promoting 590 acres of land through the planning process as a significant new settlement for East Lothian.

Part of the land is adjacent to land owned by Scottish Resources Group (SRG) and has been zoned for 1600 houses and a planning application has been made by SRG on the combined land holdings.

We continue to promote the remaining land along with adjacent landowners through the strategic planning process.

Land at Strathmartin, Dundee

This site to the north of Dundee is being promoted in partnership with Taylor Wimpey and Linlathen Developments and represents a deliverable alternative to the preferred expansion plans to the West of Dundee.

The site in its entirety is in excess of 200 acres and we believe a justifiable case can be made going forward to develop some of this land.

Barrhill Crescent, Kilbarchan

AWG Property is promoting, by way of a public consultation exercise, a 4.5 hectare site owned by CEMEX at a site adjacent to Barrhill Crescent in the Renfrewshire town of Kilbarchan.
