As property professionals AWG Property currently manage 34 projects with a portfolio value of £170 million. Our asset management of these projects is a 'one stop shop' from inception of creating the strategic goals our partners and ourselves strive for, to developing the project through building, letting and selling to delivery to its end users and ongoing management if required. In order to appraise a site accordingly it is essential to ensure that the right team is in place to determine what use or value can be extracted from any brownfield, greenfield or derelict building. We will endeavour to work closely with the appropriate parties, ranging from architects, engineers, planning consultants to the right contact within the required local authority. From the initial site appraisal to achieving section 75 agreements we are involved every step of the way to achieve the right result.


With over 30 years experience across a wide variety of projects from civil engineering, to high tech laboratories as well as offices, health centres, and large scale residential developments we have a depth of knowledge that ensures effective and economic Project Management ensuring projects are delivered as planned.


We are capable of managing the whole development process from project inception through to delivery. We manage sub contractors and can act as project managers for the duration of all developments, whether simple turnkey residential properties or complex high value commercial properties. We can provide the right guidance at the right time throughout the lifespan of the project no matter how unique.


Office, retail, industrial or residential properties - we have experience across all sectors. We will establish a team to ensure no opportunity is missed, covenants checks for potential occupiers are thorough and fit out options are fully understood. We have secured deals with local traders to established institutions such as Mastercard, Asda, Investors In People, and Visit Scotland to name a few. We also operate across all areas in the UK therefore we fully understand that the markets are different within each city.


Whether it is a unique family home development or a 500,000 sq ft derelict office building, we can offer you a thorough sales acquisition or disposal to a fully fledged marketing review and strategy which reflects your own corporate objectives. We will manage all parties involved from residential sales staff, external selling agents to marketing and design consultants.

We can apply our detailed knowledge and significant experience in helping to appraise an initial scheme and then follow this through with providing support in ensuring that the approach to funders is credible and thought out in detail, thus aiding the negotiation process. The strong depth of knowledge and attention to detail within the team means we can also manage in-house all accounting processes, from service charge collections to overseeing the joint venture banking accounts and performing the management accounting, statutory reporting and covenant compliance processes.
